Jeannette blew me away with her professionalism, expertise, and reliability. My dog often doesn't eat when I go away, but he ate on day 1 with Jeanette!
Then he didn't eat when she left b/c he missed her so much! She exercised him, socialized him, and taught me a thing or two about how to get the best from him.
She took instructions like a pro and left the place tidy, clean, and with sweet notes letting me know that the towels were cleaned and bed was changed and what he had gotten for medicine.
Made it easy for me during a difficult and quick transition due to a family emergency. I can't say enough about how great she is!

It was such a pleasure to have Jeannette as a cat sitter! She sent us great pictures and interesting snippets about our precious Schnuggl every day. It was easy to see that Schnuggl was happy and that she and our home were well cared for.
We gave Jeannette a tour of the house when she arrived and some instructions for maintaining a few things like our pool. She absorbed it all instantly and remembered everything.
She was totally engaged and conscientious, and always pleasant and upbeat. We have had a lot of good sitters over the years, but Jeannette outshined them
all.

Jeannette is the absolute best choice to make if you are looking for a pet sitter or house sitter. I have always been a little wary of letting strangers take care of my home or dog, but Jeannette completely gained my trust and confidence with the outstanding service she provided while I was out of the country.
I came home to a happy dog that has the tendency not to eat well while I am away and I could tell that he was comfortable with her. He settled in just fine and didn't miss a meal. I was also thrilled to come home to a house that was very tidy and clean as well.
Overall, the experience changed my opinion of hiring a house/pet sitter and now I will only call on Jeannette when I'm out of town.
